Alicia Haesslein

Alicia has a unique legal background in transactional law and corporate advisory. She has advised a broad range of clients including blue chip companies, partnerships and family-owned Mittelstand (German small and medium-sized business). While she has a special interest and knowledge in market entry, cross-border transactions, and compliance with the Australian foreign investment regime and the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), her practise includes a broad mix of corporate and commercial matters.

Her corporate experience covers advice on private M&A transactions including business and share sales, equity investments and joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and restructures, and governance. She has advised on both sides of the business life cycle, including fundraising activities and divestments, as well as the documentation of operational arrangements such as supply and distribution agreements.
