Valérie works on a range of corporate and commercial law matters including shareholder agreements, financing arrangements and trade marks.

Valérie previously worked as a French qualified lawyer in Paris and Nice in corporate and commercial law across a wide range of areas including commercial drafting and corporate advisory before relocating to Australia and obtaining her requalification.
